Senior Programme Manager – Treasury Trading System recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution and has a large portfolio of treasury trading system programmes for Asia and is looking for a director level senior manager to assist the head of the department in managing the business stakeholders, IT Strategy, budget planning, governance and lead the initiatives.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Acting as the senior member of the programme and project management team for the treasury trading department.
- Managing the senior C level stakeholders in the region
- Driving functional and system strategy whilst setting the appropriate IT governance.
- Running strategic initiatives across the region across a large portfolio of trading systems covering FX and fixed income products for the treasury trading platform.
- Oversight and management of project managers, development managers and business analysts.
Requirements of the role:
- 15+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in large scale project/ program management.
- Must have banking sector experience with strong knowledge of FX and fixed income trading systems.
- Previous and proven experience in managing the relationships of C level stakeholders, setting up of IT governance and managing budgets in complex banking environments.
- Excellent understanding of front-office to back-office systems
- Should have regional system implementation background at a senior project management level.
- Ability to converse both in English and Chinese.
