Job Title: Siebel/Oracle CRM On Demand Senior Programmer Analyst

Job Location: Orlando, US

Position Purpose: The Siebel/Oracle CRM On Demand Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of timely production support, quality and best solutions provider for CHEP. The core accountabilities are to deliver quality solutions and provide timely development and costing to support the overall business and IS strategy. Assist and support the development team to deliver quality projects through the standard project methodology, including the quality and post implementation support process.

Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for leading all aspects of technical design, development and deployment for the CHEP Siebel application.
• Apply customer relationship management (CRM) best practices to system implementations.
• Provide technical expertise within the CRM applications to include:
• Application Administration
• Technical Design
• Configuration/Customization
• Data Migration/Conversion
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line leadership and support for internal (or external if applicable) customers including on call participation, troubleshooting, identifying system improvements and introducing new technology as appropriate.
• Contribute to project estimating and planning efforts – providing input/clarity on all technical related tasks, dependencies and implementation options.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate technical workshops/meetings to support the implementation of technical solutions. This includes global coordination with identified team members and stakeholders located in other regions. Deliverables include (but may not be limited to) Technical Specifications, As-Built Documentation and Configuration Items (i.e. scripts, SRF).
• Lead design reviews and code reviews with technical team members per development guidelines.
• Analyze and diagnose data quality or system deficiency issues and provide options for resolution.
• Proactively recommend Siebel/Oracle CRM upgrades, enhancements or new modules (i.e. CTI, PRM, Outlook Integration) which will improve scalability, maintainability, performance or enablement of business processes.
• Support system administration, monitoring, security for all CRM application environments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CHEP CRM stakeholders, primarily at user, manager, and director level.
• Significantly contribute to efforts to standardise and improve CHEP development, implementation, and support processes and tools (ex: Version Control).
• Manage own workload, work with management on priorities/goals and achievement of those goals.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related area required; MBA preferred 5-8 years' IT experience
• Minimum of 4 years' experience Siebel 7 or higher versions.
• At least one year of CRM On Demand experience is essential. Especially around Data Loader, Workflows, Web Services and Data Conversion is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of the following areas
Mandatory
o Siebel 7.x and 8.x trained
o Oracle CRMOD experience
o Complex visibility rules, implementing Books of Business to achieve desired visibility for roles.
o Create Assignment Rules and Complex workflows
o Design Custom Reports and Dashboards. o RDBMS Experience (Oracle)
o Performance Tuning (Siebel/Oracle)
