This individual will be expected to provide day to day troubleshooting support for the 15+ Investment Applications that this team supports. In addition, this person will work with the development teams, Business and Business Analysts to transition new applications in. This could require reveiwing code, understanding workflows, understanding system flows, understanding business requirements and sharing this information with the other members of the team.
In this role, this person will be expected to be part of on-call rotation. This day to day support role consists of monitoring emails and handling things such as running table maintenance, researching failed AutoSys jobs, and handling issues reporting to the Help Desk associated with the applications supported in this group. In addition, this position will require modifying code and developing new code that is considered production support related.
Shift: M-F 7AM to 4PM
