Corporate Strategic Point of Sale Application Resource Center (CSPARC) - Operations Analyst
• 24 * 7 Support of CSPARC application
• Resolution of Incidents
• Resolution of Defects
• Performing Maintenance Releases
• Providing Oncall Support
• Coordinate Onshore -Offshore activities
• Capture Business requirements
• Providing / Receiving updates from Business regarding the application.
· Technical and functional knowledge of Client proprietary Application called Best Buy Corporate Stratergic Point of Sale Applicaiton Resource Center (CSPARC).
· Provide onsite support to various CSPARC development and support teams.
· Work on CSPARC support management for future releases.
· Perform detailed analysis on CSPARC production defect and provides recovery and permanent resolution.
· CSPARC Upgrade projects design, Impact Analysis and Delivery.
· Supporting CSPARC Production deployments for upcoming releases.
· Support CSPARC Performance testing team in terms of Environment issues handling, WebServices issues.
· Coordination with teams such as DBA, Middleware team for resolving the Infrastructure / software / Environment related issues.
· Merging of Code and config changes on a production support changes.
· Analyze the CSPARC problem ticket and give optimum solution for the end users
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Good knowledge on Client proprietary Application - Best Buy Corporate Stratergic Point of Sale Applicaiton Resource Center (CSPARC)
Preferred Skills
1. Unix environment experience
2. 2+ years of Informatica experience
3. Oracle and PL SQL experience
4. Oracle Forms, Reports and Discoverer
Professional Skill Requirements
1. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
2. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
3. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
4. Good technical and Issue Triage skills
5. Good Functional knowledge about the CSPARC application.
