Senior Programmer/Database Architect-Hedge Fund recruitment
Hedge Fund in New York City focusing on credit is looking for a Senior Programmer/Database Architect to be the primary architect of firm wide database. Successful candidate will have oversight and ownership of the databases, in terms of maintenance and updates. Initially, candidate will provide programming of reports and data applications, and ultimately will spend more time as a Project Manager. Candidate must have prior experience, preferably in a hedge fund covering credit products, and previous Imagine or Northpoint Solutions experience would be helpful. Minimum 4+ years working as a Systems Consultant/Integrator at a buyside shop. Excellent communication skills are a must. Contact Gary McKelvie for details.
