Manildra Milling Corp. Position: Senior Project Engineer
The Manildra Group is a major force in Australian agribusiness, with extensive interests in flour milling, wheat starch, gluten and glucose production, edible oil refining, cane sugar refining, and fuel ethanol production.
POSITION DUTIES: We are seeking a person who can provide technical direction to a diverse range of company activities, including: ⢠Starch and protein technology, for food and industrial markets. ⢠Sweetener technology for the production of high fructose syrup
from carbohydrate a feedstock. ⢠Support RD programs behind product and process design, for
value adding and yield enhancement. ⢠Provide technical support to our customer base spread across a
wide range of food and industrial clients in Australia and overseas.
QUALIFICATIONS: ⢠This is a senior position, based at our manufacturing plant Nowra,
Australia, and reporting to the group managing director. ⢠Candidates will need tertiary qualifications in science, engineering,
and relevant industrial experience. ⢠Salary and conditions are negotiable, and will be adequate to
