MANILDRA MILLING CORP. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER The Manildra Group is a major force in Australian agribusiness, with extensive interests in flour milling, wheat starch, gluten glucose production, edible oil refining, cane sugar refining, fuel ethanol production. POSITION DUTIES: We are seeking a person who can provide technical direction to a diverse range of company activities, including: Starch and protein technology, for food and industrial markets. Sweetener technology for the production of high fructose syrup from carbohydrate a feedstock. Support RD programs behind product process design, for value adding yield enhancement. Provide technical support to our customer base spread across a wide range of food industrial clients in Australia overseas. QUALIFICATIONS: This is a senior position, based at our manufacturing plant Nowra, Australia, reporting to the group managing director. Candidates will need tertiary qualifications in science, engineering, relevant industrial experience. Salary conditions are negotiable, will be adequate to attract the high quality person we are seeking.
