Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Senior Project Management Specialist to support our Professional Scientific Staffing group in Seattle, WA.

Senior Project Management Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·Conduct project management of the CMC-Process and Product Development activities for a large molecule project

·Interface with technical staff at various levels to ensure deliverables are achieved

·Work with cross-functional departments outside of Process Development to align goals and achieve objectives

·Manage timelines, set appropriate meeting agenda, and prepare meeting minutes/team presentations for project governance

The ideal candidate would possess:

·Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

·Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail; excellent project management skills including the ability to manage ones project resource requirements (material, manpower, time, etc.), and ability to elevate relevant issues to project lead and line-management

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

·Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

·Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

·Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired

·Strong understanding of biotechnology process development and manufacturing

·Proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

·M.S. in Project Management or a related science plus 4 years related experience; or B.S. plus 6 years related experience

·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Seattle, Washington are encouraged to apply.
