Job Description Liaise with all stakeholders and manage projects to ensure delivery is on time, within budget/cost and quality Assist in preparation of tender submissions, marketing and BD Issues briefs for project consultants and appointment of consultants including architects, urban planners, quality surveyors, traffic planners, engineers etc. Administer consultant and construction contracts. Assess builders claims and oversee work by contractors including variations and extension of time claims and work orders. Manage projects both independently or as part of a team. Monitoring and reporting of income for works.
