Candidate Specification
Our expanding Rail and Transit business has created openings for Railroad Project Managers. The Railroad Engineer should possess a B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited school with a PE license. They should have more than 10 years of experience in the Rail and Transit industry. They should be familiar with the typical Class1 Railroad, Transit Agency, FRA or FTA project delivery requirements. A PMP certification is a plus.

Job Description
The Rail Project Manager will lead all phases of Project Management including: proposal development; budget and schedule management; client interaction and overall technical oversight of a project. They will conduct comprehensive engineering planning, design, and operational studies of Rail and Transit projects. They will review and check engineering drawings, plans, computations, estimates and reports for completeness, accuracy, and soundness of applied engineering principles and with standards and policies.
