The Company
My client, a leading global brokerage is urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join it’s Hong Kong based electronic trading technology team to implement product strategy for applications and trading systems.
The Role
You will be responsible for a range of business analysis and project management functions within the group including clarification of user needs and requirements and providing solutions to such. You will plan tasks and resources, prepare budgets and define schedules within the project team, analyze costs and follow up on risks. You will also perform or supervise testing with lines of business and work in collaboration with Support teams for successful hand over. You will also document electronic trading products and services and maintain accordingly and work closely with client on-boarding, application support, vendors and relevant business lines for new platform features or new service offering design.
Your Profile
You will have formidable project management skills with at least 5 years of experience in an electronic brokerage business working on large scale projects with the Algorithmic/Electronic Trading space and be a subject matter expert in Electronic Exchange Connectivity, FIX protocol OMS and DMA. Ideally you will also have strong knowledge of GL Trade, ORC, Trading Technologies and Trading Screen. Exceptional communication, with fluency in English essential, strong leadership and team working skills with a proven ability to multitask in a high pressure environment.
