Senior Project Manager – Banking – Wealth Management – Perm
This client are currently recruiting a number of business focused project / programme managers to run a number of transformation programmes across the wealth management change department.

Applicants will be able to engage with senior stakeholders within wealth management to shape change programmes and prepare for mobilising resources.
As a project manager within wealth management, it’s critical you have the following skill set;
- Strong Financial Services Management Consultancy background essential.
- Strong understanding and experience within Investment Wealth Management, Private Banking or Asset Management
- Business focused
- Excellent experience working on Target Operating Models.
- Proven delivery of Change Management / Process Improvement projects.
- Experience of managing projects and teams to deliver solutions in complex business environments.
- Excellent influencing skills and exposure to working with senior management levels within an organisation essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and structural definition, aligned to corporate and local operating principles and models.
Applicants must have the capacity to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of the business to facilitate the Change agenda of the Bank. The jobholder will document current and future state business regulatory processes and perform root cause analysis of failure elements recommend improvements.
