Person Requirements
Strong Project Management experience including experience of project management methodologies
Proven experience of managing the delivery/implementation of commodity, commodity derivatives, energy trading and risk management systems
Ideally specific experience of precious and base metals
Experience of market risk, risk engines, trade feeds
Experience managing deliverables across multiple teams and multiple geographies
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
A strong technical background
Experience with offshore development across the full project lifecycle
