Senior Project Manager – Consumer Banking recruitment
One of Hong Kong's most prominent retail banks now has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager to act as the Technology face and voice to Consumer Banking acting as a bridge between the Consumer Banking leadership team and the wider technology community. This role is responsible for ownership in country of business engagement and communication to influence and drive future technology agenda for Hong Kong in alignment with the broader Group Technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Technology ambassador to the Consumer Banking business and as an advocate for change. You will review progress of service improvement initiatives for Hong Kong across all Consumer Banking change needs.
- Lead response to all forms of end-to-end Consumer Banking technology risk needs, including all audit, local regulatory, compliance, DR, BCP technology component, obsolescence, virus susceptibility and security needs.
- Communication of business strategy and direction to System Development teams Technology Production Service teams to ensure that approved business plans have matching technology investment plans available.
Qualifications Skills
- Solid experience of directly managing teams of managerial and operational staff
- Knowledge of change management tools and processes
- Demonstrable understanding of resource management
- Evidence of successful management of change programmes
- Broad technology skills
- Relevant application skills - managing and delivering IS solutions
- Knowledge of market information systems and services
- Consumer Banking product knowledge
- Project and programme management skills - Prior experience in managing projects and programmes
