Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key project delivery in Marketing Intelligence and/or Campaign Management.
- Create and executes project, resource and budget/forecast plans and revise as appropriate
to meet changing needs and requirements. - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, coordinating activities across a wide
group of internal, external and business teams. - Determines project governance and decision making structure. Establishes project roles
and responsibilities and provides team members with clear direction. - Review deliverables prepared by workstream leads or individual team members
- Setup proper communication plans, risk management, budget/forecasting, etc. Tracks and
reports monthly budget accruals and variances. - Take on scope as defined in the overall program strategy, but look proactively on how
overall project scope aligns, adapts and even shapes strategic direction. - Work with resources to track progress toward key milestones and bridge the communication
gap and report on status/progress, challenges, and issues to Program Mgmt team. - Manage resource gaps and acquisitions, engaging third party suppliers for outsourced
services as needed. - Comprehensive handover of projects to the support teams; proactively follow-up on post
deployment of projects to ensure stability and effective project closure. - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- When requested by program team, write executive level presentations, project proposals,
and business cases.
Authorities:
- Act as a key team lead, reporting into CRM Program Manager.
- Work collaboratively with global business partners and different IT departments/projects to
provide integrated solutions. - Responsible for compliance with the Global IT Standards and Procedures throughout the
life cycle of a project and production support. - Coordinate and manage deliverables for internal and external team members.
Key Relationships:
- Working in a highly diverse and international team environment to identify solutions and
gather requirements with an extended set of stakeholders across vendor teams, business
and IT. - Manage relationships across a diverse matrix of IT stakeholders and systems
- Interact with vendor delivery partners, managing work and coordinating project delivery as
applicable. - Interact with a diverse set of business users at varying seniority levels across channels,
brands, etc.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of and passion for CRM processes and technology (B2C focus)
- Extensive experience eliciting and documenting requirements from stakeholders in
facilitated sessions and/or personal interviews. - Possess strong data relationship and technical logic skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of systems and business processes as well as experience working
with application data and data relationships.
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager for B2C CRM Projects (with technologies
such as SAS, Oracle Siebel, IBM Unica, etc.). - 7+ years experience leading large IT Projects or Programs in IT consulting or industry (with
an excellent track record). - Deep content knowledge and implementation experience with Enterprise Campaign
Management and/or Marketing Intelligence. - Formal training or certification preferred in Project Management methodology and software
development/implementation life-cycle. - Knowledge and experience in enterprise software development / implementation life cycle
- Strong customer focus and management of client expectations; ability to establish and
maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the group. - Bachelor Degree equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar field of
study - Fluent proficiency in English, written and verbal
