Senior Project Manager, Funds Services recruitment

Job Description
The role will be responsible for delivery of Technology solutions in the Funds and Investor Services areas of the Securities Services business. The person will be responsible for working with key business and GTO stakeholders to evolve the strategy and architecture of to support the Funds Services business. The person in this role will work with a team of analysts and developers in Singapore and India and the software vendors whose products are licensed for SCB use.

The person will need to be experienced with project management practices, have a good understanding of the business requirements around Funds Services business processes including data requirements, data feeds, settlements, clearing and Custody, securities pricing, valuations and reporting to support this business. In addition, the business solution Manager will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills, vendor management skills and very good exposure to Capital Markets

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Develop a strategy, architecture and roadmap for the areas related to Funds and Investor Services capability by working with various stakeholders within GTO and the WB business.
- Understand business priorities and ensure solution delivery in line with the overall strategy.
- Manage the execution of these plans.
- Identify and manage technology risk for the reference data platforms.
- Manage vendors and external partners in the delivery of solutions.
- Responsible for managing the production environment and report on service delivery to key business stakeholders.

Qualifications Skills
- Well-versed with project management techniques.
- Commercially and technically sophisticated.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Capital Markets, Securities Services, Regional and Global Custody business functionality.
- Proven track record for managing delivering large and complex technology solutions.
- Ensuring cost timeline compliance of the project.
- Strong Stakeholder management / People management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to relate at all levels.
