The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading cross functional teams deploying Employer Integrated Solutions. The Senior Project Manager is the expert and trusted advisor that ensure solutions implemented deliver on the promise of creating a Culture of Health for customers. This will be accomplished by strategically plotting customer direction and decisions which are outlined in clearly defined Statements of Work (SOW), resulting in engagements that are well executed to exceed the customers' expectations. The Employer Integrated Solution is multi-dimensional; the Senior Project Manager is responsible for management and delivery of all aspects of the solution. The functional team consists of a project manager along with subject matter experts in areas including marketing and communications, on-site program delivery, live and digital health coaching, technical solution architecture, data services, behavior science, and account management.
Responsibilities include: Work closely with sales and account management teams to completely understand customer goals and objectives and the solution offered from both business and technical perspectives. Review Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure solution offered will meet customer goals and objectives. Define and document implementation scope of work and deliverables. Assemble EIS implementation team for solution deployment. Create, lead and communicate implementation plan internally and externally. Ensure a detailed project plan is developed, finalized, and executed. Lead the planning and execution of implementation kickoff meeting with customer. Set and manage customer expectations of the project and develop long-term relationships on the basis of customer satisfaction. Ensure customer implementation team is formed and all key resources are identified and assigned. Serve as primary point of contact with customer throughout the implementation engagement, providing guidance and direction. Continually monitor and review deliverables to ensure that final project outputs meet or exceed client expectations and requirements. Manage cross-functional team activity as necessary to deliver solution as defined, on time and within budget. Report solution deployment progress to internal and external management teams on a regular basis. Identify and escalate issues to management team for prompt resolution. Assist Director, Implementation Services in designing and documenting standard operating procedures for EIS implementations. Assist Director, Implementation Services in identifying process improvements; lead process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or related field. An advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years experience managing multi-faceted customer engagements is required. Extensive experience leading business to business customer implementations which include technology, communications, and other service-delivery areas is required. Candidates are required to possess an executive presence and the ability to interact at all levels of an organization both internally and externally. Strong customer relationship management skills are required. Experience with Project Management tools and processes are required. Experience in the healthcare, management consulting or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. The ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and meet established project deadlines and goals within the allotted timeframe and budget is required. The ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously is also required. Demonstrated experience quickly building high performing teams is required. This position requires cross-group collaboration skills; and the ability to achieve results through influence. Candidates are required to be motivated to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast paced organization. Excellent verbal, written and consultative skills are also required. Candidates who possess a PMP certification are preferred. This role can be based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, New Brunswick, NJ or Fort Washington, PA. This role also requires 25% travel.
