KEY OBJECTIVE
The Program/Project Manager (PM) will provide the overall leadership and guidance managing multiple complex projects or programs for ACE Private Risk Services. The PM will develop the program strategy, supporting business cases and various high-level project plans; and will ensure delivery of all projects contained in the program on time, within budget to meet the strategic business requirements of ACE Private Risk Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead project team(s) in the development and implementation of strategic tactical projects; utilize knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools to develop the program strategy, supporting business cases and various high-level project plans, matching business requirements to deliverables
• Develop maintain project documentation, including charters and scoping, measures of success, project plans, weekly status reports, issue tracking/escalation/resolution, and financial tracking/forecasting
• Lead and document business requirements gathering efforts; partner with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
• Lead process mapping and documentation/mapping; redesign modeling/mapping
• Liaise with technology and business organizations to ensure engagement and project progress
• Facilitate team meetings and work sessions; track key project milestones and communicate adjustments to Project Managers and key business stakeholders.
• Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and vendor partners to communicate program strategy, direction and changes
• Prepare formal presentations on project and status for business and technology leadership; develop project timelines for implementation
• Effectively negotiate with vendor partners; drive ACE position to ensure profitable delivery of programs; manage vendor SLAs and maintain positive relationships with vendor project managers

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of seven years experience leading medium to large cross functional projects in accordance with a formalized project methodology required; PMO leadership role strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead the management of multiple projects in a dynamic development environment
• Experience in the Insurance industry highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and communicate business needs for technical projects
• Strong execution and analytical skills; ability to influence change and drive results; track record of high achievement in a team-based, results-oriented culture
• Excellent presentation skills required; exceptional written and verbal communication skills required; effective interaction with key business, operations, and technology stakeholders at all levels
• Experience understanding and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Ability to interact well with executive leadership and senior management
• PMP or PgMP certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- experience with predictive modeling strongly preferred
