Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline Or Demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience:
* Entrants to this position generally possess 15+ years of experience with engineering, operations/maintenance, MO, construction, project controls, and/or procurement experience.
* Capable of successfully executing multiple projects/contracts with and aggregate value up to $50 million.
* Has a record of proven performance as Project Manager on previous project(s).
* Has a proven record on developing strong customer relationships and business growth
* Some field experience required with 5+ years preferred.
Requirements:
* TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain while working
Preferences:
* Professional Engineering (PE) license desired and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
* Experience with DoD Contracts

This individual will have experience managing design and design/build government building facility renovation projects ranging from $1 million to $30 million. This position will report to the Director of Operations
Job duties:
* Responsible for managing the entire scope of the project constraints of safety, quality, schedule and budget.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relations.
* Responsible for growing the business portfolio
* Clearly understands the scope of work and contract requirements or those requirements that pertain to his/her area of responsibility
