Sr. Project Manager
As a member of our Implementation team, the project manager is responsible for managing project resources, schedules, deliverables and establishing clear communication among project members. Typically, the PM will have multiple and varied scale team projects under their supervision and will have overall responsibility to ensure quality of the deliverables on time, per their project plan. The ability to facilitate rapid change management throughout the project’s life cycle is a must. Their resources will include onshore and offshore development teams that may include Copywriters, Graphic Artists, Medical Specialists, Research Analysts, Developers and Administrative/ Traffic personnel. It is the project manager’s responsibility to foster talent, promote teamwork, and ensure timely communication among their teams and team members, inclusive of their management, peers and direct reports.
