Our client has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver one the largest projects they have undertaken with a value in excess of $200m.
This project is in the heart of the Pilbara Region and is part of a larger multi $B high profile landmark project. This $200m+ package consists of heavy re-enforced concrete structures as well as structural steel with an element of mechanical and piping.
Although this project consists of both civil construction and SMP, this project has a civil rather than SMP bias.
This is not a FIFO position as you will be based in their Perth office, however regular site visits will be required.
Due to the size and complexity of this project candidates will need to meet the following strict criteria:
•Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree
•Proven Experience and Responsibility in Successfully Delivering Australian Projects $200m+
•Australian Top Tier Experience
•Minimum 10yrs Senior Management Experience
•EPC / Process Plant Experience an Advantage
•Excellent Man Management Skills
•Ability To Negotiate At the Highest Level
•Commercially Aware
Candidates must be Perth based however our client is willing to re-locate the successful candidate.
Due to the above candidate experience requirements our client is unlikely to consider applicants under the age of 45 unless they have exceptional Australian experience.
