Job Description:
Overall management consistent with Company objectives for research, design, and development of new or modified products. Perform management oversight of manufacturing contract or projects. Ensure technical schedules and cost performance objectives are met. Effectively direct- from concept through manufacturing- the design and development of new products.
Job Experience:
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited, three years in organizing, directing, and controlling a team of engineers and support personnel, at least two years in government contracting, at least two years experience in scheduling, work breakdown structures, earned value, ability to establish and maintain business and technical contact outside of the Company.
