Experience:
· 7+ years experience managing multiple complex projects end-to-end, and successful completion of projects was within budget and scheduled time.
· 3+ years of recent continuous experience managing a contract in the federal sector.
· Documented experience in managing large projects in a matrix organization
· Must possess a current PMI Certification
· Has a recent background of serving as a Project Manager for a minimum of seven (7) years on at least three (3) separate projects that included at least 10 or more project team members.
· The SPM shall demonstrate experience serving in a capacity with access to two or more of the Systems Development Life Cycle Management (SDLCM) phases: Concept; Planning; Design; Develop/Test; Training; Operations Maintenance (OM); and Disposition or a similar development life cycle phases system.
· Demonstrates experience working across the nine (9) knowledge areas and the five (5) project management processes. Emphasis will be placed on the areas of schedule, cost, and quality control and use of earned value to manage project
success
Education/Certification Required:
· Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems and Operations Management or similar from an accredited institution. Master's Degree is preferred but not required.

· Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio), and Expert level experience with MS Project.
· Intermediate level skills in Microsoft SharePoint.
