Senior Project Manager recruitment

The Office:

• Strategically positioned government advisory office with interests in large-scale sovereign investments and state-owned-enterprises

• Immediate need to hire employees on a full-time basis

• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Your experience:

• 8+ years of experience at a major investment bank or a private equity firm involved in high value transactions/ Minimum of a Master Degree or MBA

• Expertise in corporate finance. Specifically, the valuation of public and private companies, comparable company compilation, discounted cash flow, and ratio analysis

• Expertise in Excel financial modeling, including detailed income statement forecasting and multiple scenario analysis, capital structure modeling, LBO and merger modeling

• Expertise in both buy and sell side of mergers and acquisitions, with proven track record in creating value for shareholders

• Strong understanding of IPO underwriting process  and major capital markets

• Experience in the following sectors a plus (areas including: tourism, media, infrastructure, airlines, diversified industrials, industrial services)

Job description Responsibilities:

• Title: Senior Project Manager

• The monitoring and production of aggregated reports on the financial performance of SOEs

• Providing advisory services and making recommendations to stakeholders  on how to obtain better value, and manage risks associated with SOEs both at the entity and sector level

• Providing inputs into the strategies and performance assessment measures as well as budgets of SOEs, both at the entity and sector level

• Providing strategic advice on the government investments strategy based on growth sectors and emerging markets.

• Leading the analysis of corporate finance assignments ,financial statements, and evaluation of MA opportunities and principal investments of SOEs

• Supporting the projects director in his responsibilities
