Senior Project Manager recruitment
Desired experience:
1. You are required to have previous experience of working on complex platform integration projects within a leading Investment Bank / Private Bank / Asset Management Company or a leading global consulting firm
2. Minimum 7 years direct work experience working across analysis, implementation and change management
3. You are required to come from a strong business analysis background with a specific experience with deploying processes and platform across various investment and credit products
Skills and achievements:
1. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be capable of holding senior level debate at a global level
2. You are required to have sound banking product knowledge
3. Your previous work experience in eCommerce projects will be a plus
4. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills
5. You should be adept at problem solving skills based on robust analysis
6. You should be a team player, must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial
7. You should have very strong quantitative and technical skills
8. An engineering / post graduate management qualification is desirable
9. You should have a keen eye for details and must be a quick learner
