The Role
• Manage the development and implementation of solutions for all phases of the project
• Manage senior stakeholders (clear obstacles, resolve conflicts, clarify scope) to ensure team is able to work productively to meet project objectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards
• Develop project plans, business cases and budgets for approval by relevant Sponsor/ approval committees
• Ensure accurate reporting of project progress in terms of quality, time and budgets
• Manage project teams to ensure team works effectively to deliver on time and to the quality standards desired by stakeholders
• Effective handover to Business prior to project closure
Your Profile
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• University degree or relevant post graduate business qualification
• A strong project driver or manager, significant professional experience in analysis, strategic planning and developing, leading and implementing Programs and projects
• Good leadership skills, extensive experience in managing or leading teams of professional staff
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic planning experience
• Change management experience
• Consulting/professional services experience
• Relevant Financial Services Industry experience
