Senior / Project Manager recruitment
Responsibilities and Requirement:
- Leading the project team, both on-shore and off-shore, to build projects from scratch
- Manage project progress, budget and resources
- Regular meeting with the management and the clients' senior executives to review the project milestones
- Identify risk area and provide solution to customers
- Drive the best practices for the projects and ensure the quality of the deliverable and clients' satisfaction
- Degree holder or above with at least 8 years+ experience in project management. Track record in building sizable projects from group up starting from resources planning to project development till implementation
- Strong planning skill and solid experience in managing both onshore and offshore resources
- Preferably for those have strong business domain knowledge in Banking/Finance sectors
- Experience in managing project PL
- Strong client relationship management skill
- Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
