Senior Project Manager RISK IT Front Office Balance Finance London
I am seeking an experienced senior project manager to work within the Front Office Risk IT Senior Project Manager to work within balance sheets, liquidity and funding programmes for my investment banking client based inLondonCanaryWharf
As a Senior Project Manager RISK IT Front Office, you will be working within the balance sheet project team who are responsible for the management of the liquidity, funding and structural interest rate risk for the investment bank. There are 2 large multi million pound programmes within the team at the moment which you will be leading which include a Money market trading system, and an Intra day cross asset risk aggregator, so these are big, meaty programmes for you to get your teeth into.
This is a permenent role, based inCanaryWharf, with a salary of 70-90k plus bonuses.
You will be responsible for
- Working in a team with other developers and analysts to design, develop, test and implement appropriate IT solutions.
- Work with the front office traders directly
- Project Manage front office risk IT project initiatives
- Provide visibility and project reports to Management.
- Work with the balance sheets, liquidity and funding business, to ensure projects fulfill the best business need.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience
- Capable of running steering committees, capturing actions and raising minutes
- Good understanding of Agile development methodology.
- Similar experience in Risk IT or FO IT department
Business knowledge within Bonds, Futures, Options, Repos and Interest rates swaps very beneficial
