Senior Project Manager- Swiss based with extensive travel recruitment
The role is to lead diverse projects that can arise in the different holdings of the Family, planning, executing and finalizing them according to strict deadlines and within budget.
The Responsibilities include:
- Define project scope and goals in accordance with business objectives in collaboration with senior management
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Budgetary and personnel control
- Deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations
- Coach, mentor and supervise project team members and contractors
The right candidate will have:
- A first class educational background form a renowned University
- Project Management certification
- 8-10 years international experience of direct Project Management IN INDUSTRY or MANUFACTURING
- A varied career in industrial companies across a range of sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English, ideally fluent German and a perfect candidate will also speak Russian
- The ability to travel 50-60% of the time
