Senior Project Manager (VP) – Investment Bank recruitment

Responsibilities Requirements:

Overall owner of the SDLC Process
- Ensure the process is agile and supports the changing needs of the project management team
- Ensure the process is followed appropriately
Provide mentoring, guidance and support to the project managers to complete their responsibilities
Ensure learning and best practices are shared across the PM community
Review and signoff all quality plans for all projects whilst ensuring that they are consistent, adhere to the group standards and guidelines and that the project tailoring is done effectively
Review task orders for turnkey projects
Oversee the non-compliance/quality gate process as well as the KPI report generation. Provide exceptional approvals where required
Keep abreast of emerging methodologies in software development and continuously innovate to help transform the team to be more agile, efficient and productive.
Run weekly operational review meetings with the vendor and drive towards resolution of issues
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
Min 10 years experience of working in the financial industry, preferably with investment banking/wealth management experience
Expertise in SDLC and Project Management Processes
Strong knowledge in Agile KPI
