Senior Proposal Projects Lead
Proposal Manager TASC is looking for a successful, highly professional, full lifecycle proposal manager to be located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Like the challenge of building and leading project teams with defined success criteria? Have successful experiences with proposals? Know how to lead and/or perform all parts of a proposal activity? A successful candidate is able to plan and build a high quality, winning response to request for proposals (RFP). Works collaboratively with TASC business leaders and professionals, so TASC solutions and capabilities are showcased successfully to our customers. Essential Functions: Supports multiple proposal efforts via mentoring, leading or review. Negotiate and create proposal plans for all size technical proposals for execution as a successful project. Resource and refine the plan collaboratively with TASC business leaders. Craft, shape and drive the tempo and completion of the proposal project including content, by guiding proposal contributors constructively. Work closely with TASC capture managers and subject matter experts to develop and implement winning competitive proposal strategies. Provides feedback to the proposal team to guide compelling proposal development. Ensures proposal compliance. Decision authority for submission readiness. Able to provide hands-on support to all components of the proposal response; proposal management, writing, compliance, graphics, desktop publishing, production. Professional, open approach to relaying and reporting proposal project needs and status to TASC leadership of all levels. Identifies, resolves, mitigates and/or escalates issues. Works collaboratively with TASC business leaders and professionals, so TASC solutions and capabilities are showcased successfully to our customers.
