Security Clearance: Ability to Obtain

Security Clearance Requirements:  Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. 

Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Sound communication and leadership skills in developing and delivering presentations to customers, senior and executive leadership teams (internal / external); ability to interact / coordinate with various functional organizations, DCMA, and other government agencies. Masters degree-business systems and operation knowledge.

Document Control Services, Configuration Management Area Supervisor. Possess the ability to lead the team to extract customer requirements and establish and/ or develop an effective and efficient system and / or process to assure compliance. Analyzes proposed product design changes to determine effect on overall product and system, coordinates modification records for management control, establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization documentation. Manages the team effort to provide daily services such as drawings, procedures, copies, ensuring customer expectations are met and engineering requirements are documented, validated and correct. Interfaces with program management internal and external, maintaining communication between the Document Control Services team and their customers.
