Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Trans-Fast Remittance, LLC (New York, NY) (allows remote)

Opportunity to work for a fast growing international money transfer company headquartered in New York City.
This is a high-profile position that will allow your skills to shine! The selected candidate will be responsible improving the quality of all software products through the development of testing standards, processes, test tools, test scripts, and test automation that will produce robust and reliable software in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the project managers and developers to determine the scope of the testing effort and testing resource requirement resulting in plans, schedules and implementation of small scale testing projects.
- Define test objectives, write test plans and test cases, and develop automated test scripts for functional, system, regression, UAT, load, and performance tests.
- Configure and manage QA test environment for software under test. Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, load, UAT, performance, and data creation, mining and manipulation) of applications for conformance to stated requirements and company standards.
- Perform load and performance testing. Assist other Analysts in testing on large projects/programs.

Skills Requirements
- BSc, MSc in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- At least 5 years of IT experience in QA and software application testing/test management
- Banking or financial services organization experience a plus but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in defect tracking, testing tools, load/stress testing application, and writing automated test scripts
- At least 2 years of experience performing testing: functional, regression, load, System, UAT, performance, data creation, mining and manipulation and load testing of large complex business applications and system software
- At least 2 years of experience testing software on multiple platforms including Windows, Solaris, Linux, and through various Proxy server and Firewall configurations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Have creativity and imagination
- Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
