Fusion People are currently working with a regional main contractor to recruit for a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor whom is capable of managing all commercial aspects of projects priced up to £15 million. Our client is a reputable build main contractor who's head office is based in Hertfordshire and have started a new division concentrating on complex and involving projects based in Central London.
Suitable candidates for this role will have the following;
1. Clear and stable career progression with build main contractor
2. Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
3. Management knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects
4. Sub-contractor procurement knowledge
5. Pre-construction knowledge
