There is a new role with an Investment Bank in London, looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a greenfield, bank-wide programme to increase 'electronification' of internal and external flows through delivery of a single UI across Clients and Sales.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to have a major impact on the flagship programme for the Bank over the next few years, in an environment that offers a varied and challenging role, extensive scope for change and rapid progression.
You will be responsible for delivering new trading workflows for the Front Office Rates desk, defining business requirements and ensuring full alignment of the MET programme strategy with the client needs. Additional requirements include analysing and recommending business process improvements and working on new business proposals.
You must have the following skills and experience to be considered:
Essential:
- Extensive Front Office Business Analysis experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Rates Business
- Strong BA Toolkit - Documentation, Business Process Improvement
Preferred:
- Electronic Trading experience
The role is a senior position with the opportunity to have a major impact on a greenfield, bank-wide, flagship programme.
Basic Salary is negotiable up to £110k + bonus and benefits package.
