What you'll give our customers as a Root Cause Analysis Manager
You'll integrate root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies to effectively manage complaint reduction in our UK Retail Bank, as well as carry out gap analysis to find ways to continually improve the processes and procedures we have in place. What's more, you'll ensure that all our current complaint management reporting and analysis commitments are met and exceeded, together with building upon our capabilities to guarantee we can successfully manage all future needs. And to push our successes further, you'll build strong relationships with other experts in the business, allowing for best practice to be shared across the bank.

What you'll need as a Root Cause Analysis Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a solid knowledge of RCA methodologies. A strong track record of delivering RCA programme improvements is vital, as are excellent process mapping and re-engineering skills. First-class communication skills, coupled with the ability to explain concept ideas to a non-technical audience, are also essential.
