This role will interact with asset managers and play a role in explaining real estate operating results to portfolio management members. The role requires a CPA (or parts passed) as well as strong communication skills. Senior Reporting Analyst Full responsibility for the entity general ledger and financial statements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Inter-company and equity reconciliations. ? Review of journal entries performed by third party accountants. ? Monthly close and financial statement reviews. ? Monthly review of all applicable sub-ledgers. ? Responsible for predevelopment reporting and/or reconciliation to general ledger, as applicable. ? Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. ? Preparation of support schedules for consolidated financial statements. ? Review capitalization of fixed assets and reconciliations. ? Assist with preparation of audit schedules. ? Review bank account reconciliations. ? Record activity related to the back to back agreements and asset management allocations as applicable. ? Joint venture Partner(s) reporting, as applicable. ?
