Senior Receptionist recruitment

We are looking for a Senior Guest Relations Team Member for our Perth office. It is a fast paced and challenging role to ensure the guest relations space, which encompasses the reception and 8 meeting rooms, is running smoothly.
It is a highly professional environment and you will also have a direct report who you will work closely with in Guest Relations.
It is a hands on role and the level of service we are looking for is superior - experience in a five star hotel or a corporate environment would be essential.
Responsibilities;
- You will be the first point of contact at our reception desk
- Handle all Catering - which includes ordering
- Function coordination
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Switchboard duties - manage all incoming calls from clients and general public.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are maintained and facilitate all audio-visual requests.
- ·Administration reporting and other project work as necessary.
Success;
- Previous experience in a highly professional guest relation role.
- Strong administration skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Polished customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Leadership skills
