Senior Recordkeeping Advisor

As a Senior Recordkeeping Advisor you will provide recordkeeping advice and undertake approriate liaison, consultation and negotiation with clients to support the implementation of strong recordkeeping policies. Further you will manage departmental recordkeeping control tools, such as the agency retention and disposal schedule, which includes review, development and implementation.

 

You will also have the opportunity to develop and prepare a range of complex documents including strategies, policies, option papers, reports, briefs and correspondence and develop and facilitate training and awareness sessions for staff on all aspects of records management.

 

You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills and have experience in records management. In addition, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding and complex environment.

 

The role is part of a newly restructured Governance, Strategy and Planning function and represents an exciting opportunity to participate in the development of the team's future success.
