You are a senior specialist in recruitment matters, and use your theoretical and practical knowledge to deal with different and complex situations.

You are able to work on a certain level of autonomy on familiar problems and within small projects.

You possess a good ability to work effectively and efficiently in a constantly changing business environment and within working places in different circumstances (climate, different cultures, other regulations).

You search and propose effective ideas for improvement of existing processes or ways of working.

Your profile

University degree is a strong asset.

Experienced in recruiting in the construction industry (min. 5 years).

Experienced in recruiting middle to senior level professionals.

Knowledge of competency based interview techniques.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Excellent speaking and writing skills in Dutch, English and French.
