Senior Recruiter recruitment

This is a great opportunity for a self-driven recruiter to work at an established buy-side institution. 

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience of recruiting in the financial sector. 

Candidates must have extensive experience recruiting in the financial sector specifically in the quantitative, technology and trading areas at various levels. 

Working with the managers to assess needs and determine requirements. 

Must have experience in the full-life cycle of recrutiing.  Including using various sources including social media to indentify candidates. 

Candidates should have excellent communication and written skills.  As well as being well organized.
