Position Details:
In the Talent Acquisition Sourcing role you will partner with our Talent Acquisition Partners to understand talent needs across the organization, specializing in Sales and Finance recruitment. You will be responsible for creating an effective search program to fill open positions and augment candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing research in the form of industry tracking, developing strategic target lists for searches, internet data mining/sourcing and name generation.
- Cold calling from research, following up on the internal referrals or recommendations and developing candidates to be interviewed by the Talent Acquisition Partners on the team.
- Investigate, benchmark and help develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
- Build internal and external networks to develop future talent initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years related recruiting experience; specific sourcing experience required.
- Search experience from either retained or contingency recruiting is preferred.
- This position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have demonstrated passion and strong knowledge in the areas of strategic sourcing, new media and core sourcing techniques (to include cold calling).
- Ability to obtain and analyze competitive market data, industry trends and market conditions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility.
- Must have strong client service, teamwork and communication skills.
- Relationship building accumen, combined with critical thinking and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize staffing technology to include: Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management Systems.
