Position: Senior Recruiter
Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter will be held accountable for managing full lifecycle recruitment duties for specific business units and/or hiring manager. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills/experience in sourcing, assessing, closing, and managing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in a matrix organization to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and compliance with quality standards
- Responsible for driving and executing all recruitment needs within specified client group.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that drive sufficient volume of quality candidates, including, direct sourcing, web-based tools, 3rd party agency usage, etc.
- Interview, assess and present qualified candidates to the business based on job profiles and key competency models.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer.
- Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers are treated in a professional manner, and that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairness
- Provide counsel on best practices and policies to ensure effective execution of the recruitment strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or RPO environment
- Experience in recruiting for Medical / Scientific / Clinical positions
- Experience managing professional level requisitions (20+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
- Strong experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
- Success using emerging technologies/tools to source candidates (e.g. fee-based databases LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of and experience working with Taleo or a similar ATS
- Proven ability in influencing, persuasion, driving change, and negotiating win-win solutions.
- Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in metrics driven environment
- Professional, organized, strong communications and presentation skills, ability to work within a fast paced environment and develop relationships across the organization
Qualifications: College Degree/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to onsite Manager, Recruitment
