Senior Recruiter – Institutional Banking and Markets

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Institutional Banking and Markets (IBM) Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving improved recruitment practices across the Bank's Institutional business unit.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all hiring managers in your allocated portfolio
- Develop close working relationships with your Hiring Manager community
- Proactively source and hunt senior executive talent for your open vacancies
- Strategically develop talent pipe to effectively turn your vacancies around
- Ensuring consistent positive candidate experiences through the recruitment process supporting the Group's EVP
- Provide regular recruitment activity reporting and administration across your portfolio
To be considered, you must come with extensive Institutional or Investment Banking recruitment experience from either an agency environment and or an internal financial services recruitment function. You will have a proven track record with sourcing and recruiting in a direct sourcing model. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must as well as being able to juggle your priorities effectively. A professional approach to supporting your clients and candidates is essential.
