Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accounting & Finance recruitment
Responsibilities:
Marketing /Business Development
• Proactively market to and develop business with clients in specific sectors and industries
• Enhance relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with new clients
• Achieve repeat business and preferred supplier status from said clients
• Regular client visits and present as team with complementing market expertise
• Provides input on marketing methods, content and materials
Execution
• Work on recruitment assignments focusing on specific industries and job functions
• Develop specialist knowledge and market expertise in the specific sectors and job functions
• Take job orders from clients independently and work on them from start to finish covering Candidate searches, Advertising (on published media and/or online), Candidate resume screening and interviews;Client communication - on short-listed candidates, candidate skills, interview arrangements, follow up;
• Manage expectations of both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Advise clients on market situation, as relevant – salaries, competitors, skills availability
• Follows through to deliver results
Supervisory
• Assist in training new associates and consultants joining Links
• Provides guidance and mentoring to associate/s
• Leads by example vis-à-vis associates and consultants
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant discipline (depending on division)
• 4 to 6 years’ work experience – in a relevant industry and/or in recruitment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Capable and willing to multitask and work on various types of projects
• Resourceful, proactive and an independent thinker
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude
• Fluent English. Cantonese and /or Mandarin preferred
