Senior Recruitment Consultants - Banking / IT Professional Services.
Due to expansion , PEER , is looking to hire 3 senior recruitment consultants. We are looking for a commercially astute individuals who have experience recruiting one or more of the following areas
- Asset management
- Global Custody / Fund Administration
- Middle Office
- Corporate Finance/ MA
- Financial Services/ Accountancy
- IT
Our ideal candidates will have strong new business development and client management skills, lead internal efforts to complete search and consulting mandates with a sense of urgency, and possess substantial subject matter expertise. The roles are at a senior level in contribution and responsibility, and central to the success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, build and grow client relationships in your chosen sector. Provide insight and market intelligence regarding industry, organisational and human capital developments and drivers. Present, negotiate and close for search and advisory engagement terms and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to develop research plan, target profiles, candidate pipeline, qualifications and competency vetting process. Drive and quality assure fulfillment process. Personal accountability for project success and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to firm’s overall competencies: build granular knowledge base of industry, strategy and manager-specific organisational structures, products, processes and human capital; expand network of senior level industry executives and channel partners.
Requirements:
- 4/5 years minimum experience in a related business environment, preferably sales, service or client-centric industries
- Established network of contacts across your industry
- Knowledge of strategic issues and challenges driving and shaping business.
- Successful track record and enthusiasm in establishing, building and expanding profitable client relationships.
- Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge, analyses and insight regarding organisational and individual dynamics, motivations and needs at core clientele
- Operates with a sense of urgency in project execution, willing to roll up sleeves to finish.
- Entrepreneurial attitude. Commitment to ethics, integrity and quality.
- Able to lead and motivate in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
- Planning and project management skills.
- Willingness to document, present and share knowledge with team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding workload
- Intellectually curious, fast-learner, strong work ethic
