Hays Talent Solutions are the international pioneers in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provision (MSP) and we currently have opportunities for experienced Recruitment Partners working onsite with some of our biggest clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
Working in a range of sectors from Financial Services to Telco, you will be responsible for pro-actively engaging client stakeholders and working with sourcing experts to ensure the best solutions to client human capital requirements. The key responsibilities of this role include the pro-active management of the recruitment process from requisition to placement whilst being the primary contact for the hiring managers and advising them on sourcing models to build a talent pool of candidates.
Day to day you will engage with and manage third party agency supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with all service offerings and policies including system data quality, referencing and OHS processes are managed effectively.
To be successful in this role, you should have a very strong interest in an international career with Hays, specifically in our Asian business. You will have proven recruitment experience on either a 360’ desk or onsite and are able to demonstrate strong client service relationship skills.
