Senior Regulatory Accountant - Leading Insurance Company
6 Month Contract - Based South Hertfordshire.
Salary dependent on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified accountant to join a leading Insurance company on a 6 month contract. You will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of the accounting function, specifically focussed on statutory and regulatory accounting. This will include leading and managing all quarterly reporting as well as the implementation of the Solvency II programme. You will also have full responsibility for managing the technical and client accounting team as well overall management of all accounting projects and future developments. Above all, this role is focussed on the management and ongoing leadership of the accounting function.
To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified Accountant, with significant post qualification experience from within a leading Insurance company. Experience of Solvency II would also be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills are also important as is a desire to further your career in an interesting and diverse organisation.
