SENIOR REGULATORY AFFAIRS CONSULTANT recruitment
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting decision making at the highest levels of the business and providing advice and expertise across the organisation. The successful candidate will also be involved in key projects, driving wider improvements across the improvements, focusing on processes and people.
Core Responsibilities:
- Significant regulatory risks and opportunities identified and researched.
- Impact analysed, findings synthesised and documented.
- Advice provided on regulatory risks arising from business change.
- Issues managed and resolved appropriately.
- Consultancy and support on regulatory risk matters provided.
- Relationships developed and managed at all relevant levels across the Group to influence positive action on regulatory risk.

Core Requirements:
- Detailed understanding and practical experience of regulatory risk principles and practices.
- Expert knowledge of investment/asset management operations and systems.
- Relevant industry or professional qualification.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in a regulatory/operational risk specialist or senior consultancy role in the financial sector.
- Advanced influencing skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing up to Executive and Board level.
- Track record of delivery in analysis/change management roles in the financial sector.
- In-depth asset management process and product knowledge.
- Leadership of direct reports or virtual teams.
