As a Senior Relationship Manager - Property within its Business / Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of clients. These are mid-market clients with lending requirements of between $2m and $45m, covering investment, development and construction. In this role, you will be required to develop extremely strong relationships with a select group of clients whilst up-skilling and developing the members of your small team.
To be successful in this role, you will be a high achiever looking for the next step in your burgeoning career. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a Business / Commercial Property Banking Relationship Management role with exposure to clients with funding requirements of up to $45m
- A passion for developing deep and profitable relationships with your clients
- Well developed balance sheet analysis and deal structuring
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
